Coaching and Corporate Services

In addition to website visitors, we may collect limited personal information from individuals participating in private coaching, corporate coaching, or wellbeing programmes.

This data is collected for the sole purpose of delivering coaching sessions, evaluating programme impact, and maintaining client relationships.

Information is stored securely via GDPR-compliant platforms (Calendly and Google Workspace) and is accessible only to Tamsin Williamson Coaching. Data is not shared with employers unless explicit consent has been provided by the individual.

Coaching notes are confidential and deleted within 12 months of the programme’s completion, unless otherwise required by law.

All participants in corporate coaching programmes receive a copy of this Privacy Policy at the point of booking confirmation, alongside their Coaching Agreement. This ensures that individuals are fully informed about how their data will be processed before any personal or special category data is collected (for example, through pre-session questionnaires or during the coaching conversation).

Coaching sessions may involve the discussion of personal or sensitive topics (e.g. wellbeing, family life, or health). In these cases, this qualifies as special category data under the UK GDPR.

Processing of this data occurs only with the individual’s explicit consent, obtained through their signed Coaching Agreement prior to the session.

Sharing of such information is entirely voluntary, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting hello@tamsinwilliamson.co.uk.
