You are responsible for safeguarding any password or login credentials associated with the Service and for all activities under your account.

Coaching Services

Our coaching services are designed to provide professional development, mindset, and wellbeing support. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical, or legal advice.

All coaching is delivered under the terms of a separate Coaching Agreement, which outlines confidentiality, boundaries, and responsibilities for both coach and client.

We reserve the right to refuse coaching services where we believe they are not appropriate or where there is a conflict of interest.

Digital Products & Online Courses

By placing an order for digital products or services through our website, you confirm that you are purchasing them for your private, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, distribute, rent, record, share, or publicly perform any content or login details associated with your purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an email setting out the detail of your order, and confirming your purchase and access details.

Digital products and services will normally have immediate access once purchased, but due to website maintenance or other technical issues, that cannot always be guaranteed. In such cases, we will endeavour to give you access to your digital products and services as soon as possible following your purchase.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a digital product or service, provided you have not yet accessed the content. Once accessed, the right to cancel is waived.

We may update, move, or discontinue digital products at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All website content, digital materials, coaching frameworks, and resources are and will remain the intellectual property of Tamsin Williamson Coaching.

You may not reproduce, republish, modify, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

Payments & Invoicing

All fees for coaching or digital products are clearly stated before purchase.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as agreed in writing.

For corporate coaching services, payment terms will be outlined in the contract or invoice and are typically due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Limitation of Liability

While all care is taken to provide high-quality coaching and resources, we make no guarantees regarding individual outcomes or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamsin Williamson Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, income, or opportunity.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All coaching conversations and records are treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to self or others.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Any provisions that by nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, confidentiality) will remain in effect.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service and coaching is at your own sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between both parties.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on this page at least 30 days before taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
